Jollibee has evolved from a single brand to a restaurant company with 17 recognizable names and more than 5,800 locations in 34 countries as a result of that ambition. Today, the Jollibee Empire owns businesses like Chowking, Burger King, Mang Inasal, and Greenwhich pizza.

During its launch, the first Jollibots was sighted in the SM Aura store in the Philippines. They were referred to as the team’s on-branch assistance because they delivered orders directly to the tables of the clients. Especially during busy hours, this innovation enables the staff to concentrate more on the needs and questions of clients as well as other crucial activities.
